Kevin,
SEC is only required for REPORTING companies. However TSIS has filed to become a reporting company. It's a tough process. There are others on this thread who know more about the reporting status of TSIS. I just know that's going to become an SEC reporting entitiy over the course of this year.

The 60%+ in sales I took from the most recent press releases..

best wishes
CROSSY

TSIS is not *yet* a reporting company. My best estimate, based on comments from management, is that they would submit the necessary paperwork for first filing with the results of the current fiscal year. And, as indicated, submitting the paperwork is not the sole step. The SEC must accept it or approve it or ratify it or some such. Frequently (even often?) it is an iterative process until the company gets it right.

Audited results for last fiscal year plus unaudited quarterly financial reports for subsequent two quarters are available by FAX from the company.
