When I used to race bicycles we would attend meets in the Poconos. Carbondale.

They were Centuries, 112 miles, about.

If you want mountain riding, I remember that area pretty well. It was always 15 miles up hill. 2 miles flat, 3 miles downhill, and start all over with 15 miles up hill again.

I know it's not physically possible.....but I was there.

I have recently had some trouble with the latter; am not sure if the site is down, server problems.....

I live in eastern PA, so the trails I know would be useless to you. But if you can make it down to West Virginia, they have some excellent mountain biking.
