andy and Paul,

There is a great product that I gave my brother (who works on 3D Studio Max most of his day) that is wonderful for arm/mouse discomfort. I found it at a store here in San Fran called The Back Store, I think. Its about 2 blocks away from the Charles Schwab downtown. It is a small device that clamps onto your desk and extends out. There's a small pad at the end for putting/resting your forearm while you type or use your mouse. Since it is adjustable and incredibly flexible, it is very comfortable. I have thought about getting two (one for my right arm and one for my left) for myself, because I had such a good time relaxing with them in the store.

if you want me to find out the actual product name, i should be able to.

cheers,
pigboy
