I have to take issue with that if you are claiming it as the only valid subject. Take another look at the title of the thread:

Semi-Equips - Buy when BLOOD is running in the streets!

That title is clearly oriented toward timing the market cycles of the sector as a whole, not individual stock picking.

1. This thread is more basically devoted to deciding whether or not to buy (or short) a stock.

2. If you haven't noticed, the situation in SEA affects different issues differently depending on how much business they do there.
