All he told me was that he doesn't talk live and that I had to E-mail him any questions I may have. So, we exchanged a bunch of E-mails real fast. Me: How many outstanding shares? Ira: The proper amount so that Shareholder value is maximized. Me: When will the financials be posted? Ira: Yes, they will be posted. Me: When will the audited financials be posted? Ira: Yes, they are audited. Me: Were stock sales added in to increase EPS? Ira: Yes, the financials have been audited. Me: Why won't you post the financials on SI or Business Wire? Ira: All the information that investors need I give out in my conference calls. Me: You're taking a lot of heat on SI. Ira: The numbers have all been given out. (This is not verbatum, just from memory. I gave up since he refuses to give any useful information. He is too slick for me.)
