To set the record straight, I am very long this stock and think its potential is very well worth the risk-reward. I am however very skeptical of BB stocks and there lack of necessary reporting. Therefore I like to bring up anything I see that could be negative or do not understand for discussional purposes. A classic case was the S-8 that was just explained. I think we all will come away with a lot more this way and get information from others that we have not come across. green
