Elgindy, you might be the winner in the short term. But this one is going to teach you something about shorting.

If you legitimately believe this company is nothing but hype, why are you knocking it with all the lies, rumors and innuendo. It seems you made an error shorting it in the 10-12 pre-split range, and are trying hard to take it down, and even with manipulation by your friends at AVALON, you have been unsuccessful in trying to take it down any lower.

Why do you have to resort to name calling? Let the chips fall wherever they may, and we'll see in a few weeks. Calling Darby a manicurist is not going to drive the price down. (14 as we speak, not 11 as you have been hoping)

Mr. Pink,

I see that Biotime is testing their product with a live baboon.

Do you know if CCSI has passed the critical baboon test yet?

Mr. Punk, your personal attacks on Darby Macfarlane show me that you have obviously never even spoken with her. I know several extremely intelligent people who've never sat in one college class in their lives who are multi-millionaires. If you had taken the time to speak with Mrs. Macfarlane you would find her as I did to be an intelligent, driven and highly capable person.

So, what has she accomplished lately? Well, let's see... She has successfully developed one of the most innovative devices in modern history, put together everything needed for an FDA approval (no small task, I might add), built a manufacturing facility in mainland China that is probably the lowest cost producer with extremely good quality in the world, negotiated with major international players in the medical device distribution field, and is now about to embark on a product rollout with an international distribution partner that will knock the socks off Wallstreet with the scale and magnitude of the profitability they're going to experience over the next few years.

When Mrs. Macfarlane tells me that a deal has been struck and everything is in the hands of the attorneys to finalize and that we will have a press release within weeks not months, I believe her. When she says that the investors will be very pleased with the deal, I believe her. And when she says, "If the investors knew right now what I know, they would be ecstatic at the reality of where we are," I believe her.

Why do I believe her? Because her track record above tells me that she is the type of person that gets the job done. I don't care where she came from or what college she attended or didn't attend. I care about what she's doing now and she's doing alot in my view. If you can't see that, then it's only because you're trying not to because then you'd have to admit you've made a major mistake in shorting this stock.

Oh, one more thing. True to form (like a chess player), one of the last things she mentioned was how that now her attention is going to be directed to ensuring that they can produce their product in the mass quantities that they're going to need. Sure doesn't sound like someone's who's worried about just getting a distribution pact, does it?

Wake up and smell the coffee, Mr. Puke.
