Gennaro, There is a service from freeedgar that will e-mail you when any co files anything w/SEC, i received the S-8 @ 3:09 fri. This service saves you from getting blindsided & it's free. As to whether these are new share's (12mil), yes they are. 2 mos ago co had 28,788,000 out., after acquiring CCI another 6 mil, e-mail from co Thurs or Fri stated 34.6 mil out, 18 mil float. Called IR a while ago & he said the 12mil are new share's. Alway's call & verify info yourself. JC
