Look at the nice deal SRGN received on Ligands (LGND) buyout Ligand paid big bucks to save them from going down the tube. Maybe Ligand should make an offer for CIST, trade shares for the patents and technology and cash. Watch me tender shares fast. I'd really like to see a hostile takeover bid come out of the woodwork and get rid of the current inept management at CIST.
