Cheryl, How are the Financials "going to be out" on a State and National Holiday. I doubt business wire will be open on this day. He mentioned he spoke to his CPA. Just 1 guy? What is the auditing Firm's name and location. Producing Financials (this includes a B/S, I/S and a Statement of Cashflows) cannot be easy with the merger. I do expect they will include all divisions and incorporate all areas of the company. Regards,

So CHERYL appears from depositing her money at the bank? SEC Rumors? The fact is that any shareholder can call the SEC filing desk and asked the question for themselves! Oh...(LOL) Ira, this is feable effort at any type of support. CHERYL..ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! I am only certain about one thing...IRA and Ms. Love are in Las Vegas spending the FAMH shareholders money, and Cheryl is holding their drinks asking, "What about the shareholders"? They respond, "send out another press release, setting a new date of hope!"
