arif adam,

Thank you for posting to the thread. Can you clarify a few
of your statements?

1. You stated that there are 48mil free trading shares. Does
that mean that there are no restricted shares? The float
is 48mil?

2. Are the financials going to be released to the SEC on the 25th?
According to Ira the financials were released to the SEC last week.

thank you for your help

Buster

THANK YOU, MR. ADAM!!

How many shares are held by insiders??

later, leroyt

P.S. I have asked this question several times by email to Ira and NEVER gotten ANY reasonable explanation. RUDE is a better word for Ira's explanations!

Mr. Adam, could you explain the email that was submitted by a PR firm to people several weeks ago that stated 51 million. You may want to look into this.

Mr. Adam,

This is indeed a Red Letter Day to receive your post. I just logged in and saw that you had posted. I am indeed greatful to learn that you have decided to talk to your shareholders. Thank you.

To all doubters - our mainstream long term posters, Brad & Cheryl, Jake, Leroy and other have met with the principles of this company. If they have verified that the poster is the CEO please do not dispute their integrity. This information should put all the misinformation to rest. I personally have recommended this stock to many people and have had my share of doubts, enough so as to sell off my main holdings. However, this posting has served to renew my faith in the company. In my own humble opinion we have an extraordinary buying opportunity here and I pesonally plan to take advantage of it tommorow. I will place these share on the shelf with my other ones because I know I am not going to have an overnight gain large enough
to suite me.

Kevin - buying heavy over the next few months.

FAMH - charts

I have updated 3 charts involving FAMH on my web space for
the price of 5/12/98.

FAMH with 12 DMA and 60 DMA.
FAMH with volume.
FAMH with 14 day RSI and stochastic 13,8,8.

The link is topher.net

The links to the FAMH charts are midway thru page.

The date scale on the moving average chart has been
expanded to show the low point for last year.

The 12 dma has peaked and moving down and crossed
below the 60 dma.

The 60 dma appears to be leveling off.

The 13,8,8 stochastic has just signaled buy yesterday.
The RSI is low and has appeared to level, tomorrow will
tell if it starts going upwards (a bullish signal)

The TA is mixed, either the stock will go up or tank.

Personally, I think up!!
Hope this helps

Collin

PS: In your staffing business do you know of any scientific
companys in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that are looking for
recent grads in Biology and Chemistry? I know of 2 highly
qualified candidates that are looking.

Arif:

Thanks for your posts to the thread. There are many fine
people here that appreciate you coming in and trying to
calm the storm. Some will do everything that they can to
discredit you and drive the price of the stock down so they
can load up. I am hanging in and picking up all the stock
I can, because I feel that you and Ira will accomplish your
goals no matter what it takes. Thanks again, and please
keep posting when you can.

Is this one wacky soap or what?

Malinoff out, Sukey back in. Freddie has come out of hiding and turned into a basher, again? Shareholders are at the castle gate with torches demanding entrance. But I thought we assumed Sukey was a good guy.

And Monas says he would come back?

"only if arif does the right thing...retire shares and reverse out with an extra warrant to shareholders!!!"

Be careful. I can picture Adam standing in front of Firamada corporate HQ with dynamite strapped to himself saying "If you take me, I will destroy the company!" I think his rationale is quite evident by now.

I guess I won't get that buyout rumor/lie rally I have been waiting for to sell my remaining shares, that is unless Monas comes back. And why hasn't the company made this termination public? When will the shareholders meeting be? Oh that's right, we will have to give Sukey six months to get settled in and get a grasp of the operation. So much for 1998 financials coming out.

I don't know what will happen next, but I will stay tuned! It has got to be good entertainment value at the least.

Buddy

Mr. Adam, your days are numbered as CEO of this company. The diversion was a success. You are much weaker now and getting weaker. Your private fiasco is almost at its end. Shareholders will prevail. You can do what you want at this point. It really won't matter. You've been looking in the wrong direction these past few months. How does it feel to lose at your own game. Remember this and remember it good, WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. ;)

The company name will be second to go. I would be honored to be the first person to rip down the Firamada sign at your office.

Hey Adam. Since you will soon be regestered at ASE mechanics school, how about a lube job for practice? What is that? You don't need any practice? You got that right! HA, HA, HA, HA, HA!

Adam, your PR won't work. You will not get the price appreciation you are trying to obtain to thwart the inevitable. This is an obvious act of desperation. Your ousting is imminent. More cheap shares are being bought at the open. Your projections are bogus under your leadership. Time for a new CEO and a new company!

Mr. Adam, I'd be careful with who you place confidence in. There are some in your organization who would also love to see you removed. Don't think that only shareholders are seeking your ouster!

Your PR has failed! What is your next move? I have a suggestion. ;)

Good Morning Mr. Adam. I think you failed to mention the Grease Monkey road show in your PR.

I hear some major shareholders are headed your way. Better clean up the bays.

Hope you have a good time with the $2750. Is it for attorney fees, or a one way ticket out of the country?

No trading today? Why isn't Waltertx averaging down? He could be systematically buying up the rest of the float for much less than his group allegedly bought their 10 million shares. This company market caps at just over 3 million bucks counting all of your restricted shares.

Way to go Adam! You are the Man!

BTW, why don't you use some of your salary to pay some of Firamada's delinquent debts? We have sacrificed, now it is your turn!

Buddy
