Gary .. this has been answered several times on this thread. Again... Lucent is not buying out TSIS, has not made an offer to do so, nor is it anyone's belief that they are currently considering doing so. The person that allegedly passed on this information has not been named, so we cannot track down the source. If you have questions of this sort that you feel haven't been answered to your satisfaction, please call the company. Others have done so, and have reported the same findings.

As a shareholder we have a right to know, but when?

If the Company is negotiating a contract, sale, new account, they don't call shareholders for advice. If someone inside the Company gives information not ready for release to the general public, that is "inside info" and I'm sure you know the SEC position on that!

We must be patient. If our DD is correct, we like the product and think it has application in the market place, the stock will rise.

I am looking for value, not hype!

Gary your speculation of rumors for a buy-out may appear when the time and money is right. The reality of this issue is tied to a few more quarters of profitability; would you same the same? "My speculation" would be when TSIS is Listed and over $5.00 a share, then a rumor of a buy out would be realistic. Quarter two is coming up on TSIS (and us longs) shortly; maybe the white shirts will take notice then. As others have mentioned more than once, let's see the numbers <smile> . Best wishes:)

LUCENT BUYING TSIS?

Wouldn't that be great, Lucent buys TSIS in a 1 for 1 stock transaction. 1 share of Lucent for each share of TSIS. In our dreams.

I work for Lucent and the word is not TSIS. The word is another major aquisition probably as soon as this summer. Lucent is free in august to use its shares for aquisitions. Potential companies are ascend comm and nokia to name a few. That's all I herd...take care Skip
