I have no idea, and anyone that tells you is full of it. Sorry, but DELL has changed my investments methods after some 20 some odd years of ingrain stupidity. Find a company that you believe in, that is a market leader in it's industry and is causing a others in it's industry to change (HD, DELL, PFE, LU, etc, etc), that has investor mindshare and hold until the management falls asleep.

There are so many overvalued stocks without strong fundamental in the market. I don't know why people ever want to short DELL, which is just like committing financial suicide. Well, we need short covering to move stock higher anyway. Thank you DELL bears :)
