the source is not a good shopping center, stores are weak.palisades is about 50 miles away. they wouldn't take business from each other

Palisades location

is in Rockland County NY across the Hudson. Actually they can tap into the the huge Bergen Co NJ population if they begin to spread the word around, not too far a drive. The Source on Long Island a world apart in driving time due to traffic. Cannot see one cannalibizing the other.
