In the videogame sernerio: One thing that may hurt WAVX is Divix, the competitor to DVD, if it makes it big. I have heard that Divix can make a limited use, CD like product. Assuming this is true, then video game companies can put out "sample" game products good for so many plays before the Divix would be unreadable.

Wahoograd: From time to time, I detect a divergence of opinion on whether "software solutions," smartcards, etc. represent competition to the WaveMeter or pieces in the same security system puzzle.

Everyone seems to be coming around to the view that e.commerce and related security issues are going to represent huge markets. The question is, is one technology going to necessarily exclude another, or does the WaveMeter potentially complement the others? Can you briefly describe all the components of these payment and security systems so we have a sense of where the WaveMeter fits in. Also, whenever WAVX is used in connection with, say, a smartcard or "software solution," how do you think this will affect the overall division of revenue. Is the pie going to get divided into slivers?

Thanks as always.
