Mike,

from what I can figure out with the warrants, they can be called by the company when the stock price goes above $11 for 20 consecutive days. Then Ontro can call the warrants back with a 30 day notice.

The holder of the warrant can then purchase a share of Ontro for $8.25

So right now the warrants have quite a premium on them! But once the stock hits $11, the value of the warrant will be $2.75

For each dollar over that, the warrant should appreciate another $1 in order to maintain it's market value (perfect markets are 100% efficient, right!?!)

It is quite normal for warrants like this to carry quite a premium in anticipation of the stock reaching higher levels.

Remember that these are 3 year warrants.

This is my take on the warrants.... anyone have comments?

ciao,
mahin.
