Thanks Dan for the visit
As a DGIV holder from the time it was 0.8 as well as a GNNX holder, I would like to reemphasize a point made by someone earlier on this thread (perhaps by Markox5??)
A BIG (HUGE) momentum change in DGIV occurs when a formerly skeptical shareholder met the CEO (Mr. Jimmy Chin) in person (DGIV was around 1.5 at that time, I think). Anyway, after a long meeting, this shareholder posted his opinion/impression of Mr. Chin and dGIV (needless to say, it was VERY POSITIVE). The stock took off after that posting, indicating the POWER OF THE THREAD if used properly and honestly. Well Dan, perhaps your visit is such a catalyst for GNNX as it conveys the true impression of a shareholder!
AGAIN, GREAT JOB!!!!

Thanks Conann

<< a holder of restricted stock can sell the stock under Rule 144 after holding the stock for over 1 year (used to be 2 years but rule was changed in the first half of 1997). >>

So from reading your post my understanding is the EARLIEST they could sell those shares is 1 year from inception. So at the earliest Jan 1999. I can live with that. Thanks for the synopsis.

I think I may have acutally learned that on another thread, but brain is kind of fried after aborbing Daniel's post.

=)
