Ouch, picked up a few Dell puts this morning, watched them get halved real quick today (May, yeah I know no lectures please) I'd would have thot there would have been some speculation that Dell earnings could be weak this quarter--folks waiting to get W98 with their new machine, not wanting to do the "upgrade" themselves, also PII's with 66mhz bus prices dropping like crazy, so why not wait for 100mhz bus, which would fall into next quarter. Anybody starting to put Dell at all out there, maybe it runs to 100, then could double down on my crappy little bet. Thanks goodness really good gains this year are in IRA and crappy losing put bets all in taxable account and subsidized by Uncle Sam, he he. Makes losing with the puts easier.
