Bob, RE: Price drop on 5/12 This is conjecture on my part, but it now seems plausible that the 8K shares sold at market may have been someone who knew about the unreleased earnings numbers, either that or an AMAZING coincidence. Maybe there was an information leak from within the company? Bob, you commented that it was poor trading discipline, now I wonder if it was only decisive action based on the upcoming earnings announcement. You have more experience in investing than I do. What do you think? Thanks, Chris PS Long ADTC with no plans on selling.

Bob, I am curiously waiting for your updated analysis which you announced long ago. I would appreciate a clear word about this company, whether it is positive or negative. My bad feelings around this company are accumulating and I am near to sell. There were a lot of things happening and all necessary reports are out. Before I make my final decision, I would like to hear what you think about all the acquisitions recently and the discrepany between announcements and press releases. Regards Ralph Bergmann
