Wait. Now I'm reading into this differently. Arif states shares were issued AS COLLATERAL to SECURE the line of credit. So just to OBTAIN the line of credit, Famh had to issue shares. This has nothing to do with drawing down the line. This is very ambigious.

LOL. LE, you make a number of good points. Obviously these guys just like to hear themselves talk and don't think about whether its important to say the same thing 2 times in a row.

I guess they just say whatever they think will work best at the moment. If it doesn't work, they just change it.

I guess the must truly believe that "consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds..."
