I semi-ironicly think that Bay's marketing weakness
would be in it's favor re LU, since LU is making a
strong internal push to rejuvenate it's own marketing/sales
culture. As CEO of LU, I might just think why not just
put those weaklings on the same pill I have to give the others?

IOW, marketing may be a problem area, but it's not a NEW
problem area -- it's one I already have a plan for.

As LU CEO, Bay's marketing might look more "digestible".
