About the 15k block close...
I understand that the block can be a 'catch up' report, but it will be forever remembered as the Closing Price. As a follower of TA, it is important to me. It is one 'message' from the MMs that indicate what market they are trying to make out of this. Today it wasn't needed, as you point out with the real Last Trade at 14 1/8, but the 15k block was held back just in case. Also, a 100 share trade would look weak to close on an uptick, so the block was held back for a convincing show. Also adds to the OBV. Somebody has to make this thing look orderly.

There is another explanation, but this is too long-winded already.
Whichever way it came about, we got an up-close after the buyout announcement. All is well thus far.

Good luck,
Herbert
