I agree Freddie. I think the money that was required for Myriad and the other company was shares issued. I've forgotten the amounts for the two companies but I think the value per share would probably be around 0.25 or maybe even less.

Bristol Asset Management is supposed to be a fairly good, reputable firm so I am sure they have done their DD on FAMH. Plus, the terms may be better for them (i.e. less price per share) than listed above.

I think FAMH should describe in detail the nature of the loans -- what the loans were used for, how many shares were issued and whether the stock is restricted in any way. I understand that it is NOT restricted so that will be my assumption.

In any case, I think 10 million shares (or more) were issued to Bristol Asset management. That's a LOT of additional shares to go into the float.
