VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT,

Todays press release means the following:
1)This increase in the credit line means the company will be able to continue to aggressively grow the business WITHOUT the need for a financing in the near term. This will allow the company to execute its growth plans and not be at the "mercy" of an offering.
2) The company indicated it received a reduction in the cost of the credit line that will save the company $600,000 pre-tax over the next four quarters. That works out to an additional $.05 per share, but more importantly this is the LEAST the benefit will be. If the company is able to use this money to enter new markets, or make bulk purchases of boxes at preferential prices, the benefit should be more significant.

Of course these are my opinions, and you should all do your own work, but analysts should be raising their numbers by at least 10% over the next twelve months. If my thesis is correct, this won't be the last time they raise them...here comes $13+

Lastly, does anyone else recognize the company was more comfortable adding debt than issuing equity? If they thought their equity was overvalued, they'd be selling paper, not taking on debt...
Tomorrow should be fun.
