I just have some basic questions concerning this negative info. First of all, as far as I understand CCI has been acquired by TSIG, and therefore we might expect a number of changes associated with this acquisition such as relocation, or change of CEO. From my conversations with Mark Kabash it appears that Darrell Pearsey is not really running the show anymore, and therefore it doesn't surprise me that you might have some problems getting information from CCI. I would address all your questions to TSIG only. Also from what I can make out, Robert Gordon is the guy making all the deals etc, and represents the real driving force. Maybe someone with more experience can explain the difference between a merger and an acquisition. For example, does CCI really exist anymore, or is it CCI/TSIG, a new entity. It seems that CCI had some problems, and that the role of TSIG is to turn it around.

Please if someone can add something, please feel free.

Slightly confused,

Gennaro

I appreciate all of the work you and your sister went to, but when you had the head honcho on the phone, why didn't you confront him and ask him point blank-"would you like to comment on why your main corporate address is a PO box??".

I am going to give them a call and directly ask them what the hell is going on. Maybe a call to TSIG is in order as well.

Steve

Thank You Robert,
I guess a few of us need to volunteer to do a couple of things:
i)People who are located to their closest CC store need to call and ask the same questions as Robert did and see whether those stores can also arrange tours

ii)People like me who have no access to CC stores nearby need to contact by phone and do some dd by asking questions that we could decide here tonight on the thread.

What do you say everyone? I am volunteering to make phone calls tomorrow. I'd appreciate if four more people will volunteer for phone calls and five more to do what Robert did.

We all have gone back and forth a lot of times regarding floating shares and now we need to wrap this thing up once for all about this company. PR people don't always tell the truth. So we must check the actual story concerning TSIG.

Gambler, Green, Beeb, a response from you guys would be appreciated. Once we are in agreement then we could agree on a common format of questions to ask and things to do. Thanks in advance
Kris

I'm in the process of contacting CC investors relations and getting to the bottom of this negative info.

By the way I did talk to BoB Cater the fellow in customer service and he indicated that he tried to call you back twice and the number that you had left with him was bogus.

I just tried calling CCI using the phone number you mentioned 714 757
4678. There is only a telephone anwsering setup which can direct your calls to individuals or management etc. It seems that this is always on, like in most companies these days ie. you never get to speak to real live person. I tried to find D. Pearsey name in the directory and it wasn't there, not surprising. I don't mean to be a pain, but I find it surprising that you were able to reach the company CEO on this line direct. If I was a CEO, I don't think I would like to be connected to the company phone number. Please tell me how you managed this. Also customer service wasn't an option, so never did talk to BOB. All this came to my mind after reading the message above which asked "Why didn't you not confront Darrell Pearsey that you were told CCI is no longer in the Fidelity Building". All this sounds rather fishy to me, and I for one will be doing my own dd to confirm this story.

Robert ,
just got off the phone with Darrell Pearcy CEO of compact connections and he sends his regards to you.

Apparently this is what happened. You and your sister had called CC telemarketing center (714-757-4678) and Bob believe me all they do is take orders over the phone. The address as you have indicated is what they have in file.

However the CC Headquarters is located in Santa Ana down 1520 Brook hollow, suite 33,34 & 35. You and your sister are welcome to visit them at the above address . Call Darrell at 714-444-4469 any time if you wish.

Now folks to the good news.

Yes TSIG & CC are currently in negotiations with CNET to be their exclusive music site on the web. Hopefully we can get a deal signed ASAP.

Have you herd of Casey Kaseem and America's top 40 syndicated radio show.I bet you have..this show is broadcast over 125 major cities to 20 mm people. And guess what CC is in negotiations with the producer of show for producing Americas top 40 music cards.Whow!!!

The web site will be launched in Mid June and from all indications it will be the premier music site on the web. Nine people are currently working on the site day and night. Two of the web designers I'm told had won the top 10 web site of the year award back to back.

So folks hold on to your shares .....the ride is about to begin
