FWIW, I have expressed my opinion (via email) to Brian (Investors' Edge) regarding the near futility of trying to time press releases and news from fonix. FWIW, IMHO, I think that he is merely unfamiliar with the habits of fonix negotiations and deal makings and IMHO he's not some hypster in lizard skin boots pumping the stock. If we are honest with ourselves, those of us who have followed fonix for a long time, how many times have we ourselves been foiled by our own estimates and guesstamates? If I sound stoic, I think you're right. My 'tude is time will tell, it'll happen when it happens, and it aint over til it's over. Things with fonix appear to take time, why, I do not know. History seems to indicate that all deals require a lot of negotiation, etc. etc. IMHO, this current negotiation sequence with Siemens (and with others as I understand the rumors) seems usual in the amount of time taken and the attempts to predict when news will arrive. Ed
