"Merced", an "Inc" for months, according to CSHK press releases, finally incorporated yesterday: "5/12/98 CORPORATE DETAIL RECORD SCREEN 6:26 PM NUM: P98000042474 ST:FL ACTIVE/FL PROFIT FLD: 05/11/1998 NAME : MERCED, INC. PRINCIPAL: 4125 BURNS ROAD ADDRESS PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL 33410 RA NAME : NUNLEY, E. SCOTT RA ADDR : 515 N FLAGLER DRIVE 18TH FLOOR WEST PALM BEACH, FL 33401 US ANN REP : * NONE FILED * 4125 Burns Road is, of course, the address of none other than Wallace Technologies... But who's E. Scott Nunley? The lawyer, I suppose. And who are the principals? And why we're they calling themselves an incorporation when in fact they were not? This is, I should think, a fairly serious misrepresentation. Any lawyers out there want to comment? Well, as predicted: first they got a phone, and then they filed for incorporation... Better late than never?
