Brady, I thought S-8 discloses stock offered to employees? What stock is being provided per S-8 and for what purpose (for the consulting work you referenced?). Who are KM and RF? Thanks. I guess, if nothing else, this shows again (i) activity (ii) related to Zulu-tek, which is (iii) consistent with proposed merger.

Am I the only one with a concern/question about how ESVS and NETZ tie the knot, and how the valuation of stock that is done, when ESVS is (i) taking over NETZ's management personnel, (ii) controlling all the press releases, and (iiii) pursuing its web opportunities in anticipation of merger, etc.?. Obviously, it is nice the two companies are closely working together, and have common ownership, but we also want to make sure NETZ is treated fairly, even though the decision-making is apparently coming from ESVS and ESVS is the NASDQlisted company and thus the successor of the pending merger.
