I agree with Warthog. Given the speculative nature of the MD show (i.e. it could be cancelled quickly) I would prefer to leave it out all together -- at least for one set of calculations. On the other hand, I know at least one person who is hanging onto FAMH largely because of the MD show. Without the MD show and all the shares issued, the after-tax profits look like about 0.08. Which still isn't bad for a 0.33 stock but it's less than last year (or so they say since I suspect significant one-time gains are included in the 0.1058 EPS). later, leroyt
