Thanks, Greg. I was just about to post a major apology to the thread after the public spanking I seem to have received from Patricia--I concluded I must have unintentionally fouled up the e-ways not only in her opinion but in everyone elses. Didn't really think I was participating in a "wee-wee" duel, but apparently women know one when they see one (or two). I thought I was just jousting/jesting with Norman the Conqueror, and was only doing so because he came back to boast about so little. My mini-barbs did not represent any emotional involvement on my part. I didn't have the illusion I was defending the honor of DGIV against a short but lethal dragon. I was just attempting to have fun at Norman's expense, partly because he seemed to be trying to have fun at ours. And in most circles, wee-wee or not, turnabout is fair play. And that's all it was. (Apparently I failed to irritate Norman though--so perhaps I missed that mark too!) Anyway, sorry to anyone who feels I cluttered the threadscape. Glad you perceived my post in the spirit in which it was intended. (Just jesting and jousting for fun and not really using the little lance Patricia suggested.)
