Hello Dennis, St. Jude (the largest holder) owns 2,182,000 shares (16.4% ) #2 insider is Mr. Reese with 788,000 (5.9%). I have the the top 20 insider list of who's been selling and how much. Also First Call consensus recommendation with a reduction rating. One hell of a report. I have it in Microsoft Word format and will E-mail it to whoever wants it. CYBX I'll post my entry point however please bare in mind I'm strictly a short-term player. Long-term investors might wish to wait for a TA indicator such as 20-50 day Moving Average. Institution players use the 50 day MA indicator more than any other. When the price moves above the 50 day MA they buy up the stock. No kidding. dailystocks.net
