Joe,

It looks like CEPH is probably going to have to undergo a
third clinical study to prove once and for all that the
drug is effective. The FDA letter is just a formal
declaration of what CEPH and CHIR management already
knew when Myotrophin was rejected by the FDA last time.
In essence, it is more of an official delay rather than
a straight-out approval.
