I think today, has shown what should be called the Kaiser effect. Where newsletter writers, reguadless of credablity, whom have extensive mutual funds subscribers, can in effect cause a downdraft on an exchange. I think, reguardless of there credentals, newsletter writers should not beable to own stock outside of a mutual fund, or blind trust.
