I believe Gary also talked to Tom, and Tom stated news to come out this week. Rob...your posting sounds as if Tom stated news might not come out this week? Would this be a contradiction from what he told Gary a day before? Or are we just misconstruing your post?

LE, The difference is we are talking about Tom R. Not FAMH LE :-). I really think you should call Tom, or ask Rizz what he thought about his trip there. Just because FAMH is ridiculous doesn't mean everyone is. I have never believed in FAMH, and Tom hasn't ever promised anything. As far as I am concerned he has said to me, we would like to have them done by xxxxx but things happen. It isn't like this company is rolling in cash at the moment or anything. JMO BTW the reason the fin. are delayed is because the INFE SEC attorney had to take a look at the merger to make sure that it didn't have to go to a shareholder vote before completion. And Dude, you know , like I said, if you want to sell, I guarantee they will drop the B/A. ANd I really want cheap shares :-) Rob
