Thanks mg, I missed the prior piece. What really concerns me is the apparent turn-a-blind-eye approach to the accounting procedures employed. The auditors are becoming co-conspirators after-the-fact. The auditor's pliability doesn't mesh with the "generally accepted accountings standards",IMO. When the credulity of the reported financials of companies the size of DIS are questioned, I begin to get very uneasy. The current spate of merger activity taking place could further "enhance" the creative accounting function to levels with which we are not familiar, again IMO. This trend bears watching. MT
