ALL DGIV INVESTORS -PLEASE READ! Good idea to try to present more "meat" on our thread! I know of SEVERAL POTENTIAL/NEW INVESTORS who have PMed me the last few days, stating they are interested in DGIV but were slightly intimidated/turned off by the sheer volume of the posts. It makes it very hard for them to do their DD.In fact, several decided that it was too difficult due to time constraint and decided to DD other stokcs instead!! Remember, part of the reason for the thread existence is to provide information to new/potential investors who are not too familiar with DGIV. Making it difficult for them to do the proper DD may hurt us in the long run. As DGIV publishes more and more news/get more publicity, we will definitely attract new investors. Let's make it easier for them to do their DD. The price action the last few days would suggest to me that many of us are almost fully positioned in DGIV (we hold the majority of the float) but we need NEW investors to lock up as much of the remaining float as possible. As we can all see, EVERY LITTLE BIT helps: a small amount of selling results in MM trying to really play game with the bid/ask price. ANY AMOUNT OF BUYNING MEANS ANOTHER PART OF THE FLOAT IS LOCKED UP IN STRONGER HANDS!! I know the major reason our thread has become so LIVELY is that we are very happy with DGIV performance the last several weeks. However, if we look at other OTCBB threads of stocks that have not had the recent run enjoyed by DGIV, their threads are EASIER for new investors to browse through for the simple reason there are less posts to read. Now, it is my ASSUMPTION (dangerous, I know) that there are a certain number of OTCBB stock investors(after all, it takes a certain amount of "je ne sais quoi" to be a devoted OTCBB investor) and some (many?) of them are not in DGIV at the present time. Please imagine this: they are trying to decide among DGIV (a HOT stock which, although is still UNDEARVALUED,has gone up quite a bit) and a number of other OTCBB stocks which have not increased as much. They would naturally be skeptical/hesitant to invest in DGIV UNLESS they are convinced by their DD that DGIV is INDEED UNDERVALUED. Remember, it is easier for them to do their DD in the other OTCBB stocks since their threads are not as "voluminous" and most people have time constraints. It is thus our "job" to convince these new investors that DGIV is a GREAT investment and to do that effectively, we NEED to present our case effectively, which means making their DD easier. I know when the market is open, when DGIV makes one of its famous upward runs, it is HARD (near impossible?) to contain ourselves. It conveys the enthusiams of the current investors. However, perhaps we should cut down on the relatively non-relevant posts at "off hours" OR perhaps go to the DGIV clubhouse for non-informational/get to know each other posts. I KNOW we have the DGIV information thread, but the fact of the matter is that most NEW INVESTORS tend to go where the action is and tend to go to the busiest thread. Furthermore, even I (an old DGIV hand) was "slightly "confused as to which thread to read when we have so many threads. IMO, we need to CARE about attracting new investors because we NEED them. Let's consider the old adage: The customers (new investors, in this case) are"always"right and let's give them what they want 9an easier way to do their DD). The above is of course just my opinion. ANy comment/idea would be appreciated, particularly how we can mix our infectious enthusiasm for the stock with the reality that we need to "simplify" things for potential investors.
