Justa, I sure hope you don't practice law the way you present your arguments on this thread. You have been throwing nothing but wild pitches at me (ie. innuendo, generalizations, red herrings, etc.) since I got here. Your real name isn't Lanny Davis, Henry Waxman, or Johnny Cochrane, is it? <g> I, on the other hand, have been throwing strike after strike (ie. facts and evidence), low and right over the outside corner of the plate. This may not be your favorite pitch/location, but it's a strike nonetheless and you can't hit the pitch, not even a foul tip.
