If in fact there are 10MM in the float as originally believed a few months ago, then insiders now own 79% of the company (38/48*100).

For a BB stock that has so little accountability to its shareholders, what FAMH is doing probably makes sense. They are running the company to meet the interests of the insiders holding 79% and not the little guys out there holding the remaining 21%.

This percentage breakdown appears to explain what's going on with FAMH. Basically, they are growing the company at any cost, protecting the interests of the insiders. This would lead me to believe that FAMH's goal is to grow the company through diluted acquisitions, and someday sell it. If there was a legitimate goal to protect the interests of outsiders, then the first thing FAMH would do is get rid of Ira and put someone with industry credentials in the from office.

Here's my projected (IMHO) share price from all the info we have gathered over the last few days.
Using Brads figures

(since he so already went through the calculations), here's what I come up with.

Scenerio #1 - With the Morton Downey show.
Todays Closing price .33
P/E = 1.88 (.33/.1756 EPS)
Without Morton Downy P/E = 4.125 (.33/.08 EPS - Taking out $12.5MM)

Assume the Following P/E using 75MM O/S
P/E 10 20 30
.1756 $1.75 $3.51 $5.27
.08 $ .80 $1.60 $2.40

Same scenerio using outstanding shares of 48MM
.274 $2.75 $5.48 $8.22
.12 $1.20 $2.40 $3.60

Constructive criticism & comments welcome.
