Was there a leak of the Appeals Court Ruling? --- Part Two

The order was handed down at 1:34PM Eastern Time and FAXED to MSFT at about 5:30PM Eastern Time. That leaves four hours before it became a public document....

AP ran a story at 6:16PM.

The stock upward movement began at 3:08PM and accelerated markedly at 3:38PM.

how bout 87 to 88? There are still suits out there. The product ships, most likely, but there is still some danger of curbs.

I say back to 93 range within 4 - 5 trading days if nothing else happens.
