Richard, in my personal opinion there is no SHORTS or very small.

But because the high volume and no price change, I think the floorless debentures are been converted.

That's why the 10 days ban. Company doesn't want to answer any of this question yet, giving time to debentures to convert.

I also think they expected the price much higher than .05, but something did not work right for them. I don't know what. There are a lot of why, why. :}

Anyway time will tell us, what is really happening.

That has to be the answer. If PKGP keeps trading 10MM shares a day that would be 200MM shares a month or 2.4 Billion shares for the year. There's no way this volume can continue like this. I still don't know how many damn shares this company has outstanding, do U? When these guys are finished converting IMHO the stock could soar. I've seen to many convertible debenture disasters (CMYN NASDAQ, $21.00 down to 1/32nd) OUCH:-( I hope PKGP doesn't end up like that:-)
