Wow, we have some pretty conflicting stories here. And they seem to be in direct contrast to each other. I thought this company was for real but I am beginning to have my doubts.
Some shady things seem to be going on. The last of which is the CEO making a phone call to someone who posted on this thread. Usually when the CEO is busy reading the threads and answering every Tom Dick or Harry who posts something negative about the stock it's because the company has no real news to report and he is just trying to protect the stock price as much as he can. If the company is good and will have the new site launched soon and their earnings are for real than the stock price will take care of itself.
Once the CEO's get involved in thread discussions it is time to get out of the stock. It is usually either a false poster who is just hyping the stock or if it really is the CEO than I think that's even worse. This may not be the case here but it's true in many cases, especially with penny stocks.

I still own some stock but will be ready to sell quickly if it looks bad.
