Terry,

I don't believe that we can jump to the conclusion that the consultants get 10% of ESVS. I imagine that the consultants will be paid ESVS shares, but the number of shares of ESVS will probably be diluted eventually.....remember the private placement?

It's fun to speculate, but we all need to see the financials and the merger details before we can make any sense of this.
