Hi Raefon...

You have asked a host of questions.

Yes, I am disappointed that we have seen no new production order announcements in the current quarter, both for existing as well as new technologies.

However, I am not sure that this is important in the current quarter. It is clear that a significant production order was given to TFS by a telecommunications firm (obviously Motorola) in the preceding quarter. As you undoubtedly know, MOT is playing catchup in digital handsets, and I have no doubt that TFS is producing flat out on that agreement by now. After all, would they have needed to accelerate deployment of the Chinese manufacturing facility if it wasn't obvious that production was going to go through the roof in the short term?

Your point is more salient, I think, as we enter the third and fourth quarters. But, for that, we still have some time to see new orders.

Nevertheless, the stock remains somnolent. To me this indicates that it remains a "show me stock".

Shareholder communications is a full time job, Mr. Raefon. If the company reaches the numbers I have prognosticated for 1998, the shares will be worth much more than the current price. The key question, however, is whether management will be able to educate the investing public about the company...thus leading to wider exposure (beyond Arizona!) for the company's equity.

Let us hope it works.
