CatLady, I don't recall this statement before. Is this part of what you have noticed has been added?

Here's something from the Penny Stocks Newsletter that I don't understand:

A.R. Brooks & Associates, Inc. When Cashco acquired A.R. Brooks in September, 1997, no doubt many shareholders rolled their eyes and said "kitty litter?"

Huh? I thought the present CSHK didn't exist until it was taken over and reorganized by Rhonda in November 1997? Who, then acquired A. R. Brooks? And what was A. R. Brooks before that?

Brooks drew up its incorporation papers on 8 January 1998; they were filed on 14 January.
