Jeff, try tradepbs.com for historical data. That's where I usually get the data for the pennies to analyze. It's free, but they don't always have all the pennies. Case in point: didn't have any data on DGIV for me to analyze, so didn't buy it <$1.00 - WRONG!!!! Big mistake for me... Also, sumpin's goin on with this stock and the price. Inclined to also believe the floorless debenture conversions are going on, because of the HUGE distribution indicator I'm seeing. It may or may not be the total reason for the quiet period, though (IMHO). RM
