Jimmyo, <<I'll be traveling solo and fast!>> (ggg) Ditto, from the Outerbridge crossing to the NJ Turnpike. The proxy only has an amended and restated incentive equity plan, and the appointment of an independent auditor. IMO they deserve support, and with the number of votes they control, a foregone conclusion. The hotels down there are booked up and I'll be looking to share expenses with someone for the day, or I'll have to head back "solo and fast" or stop to rest somewhere else along the way if I'm too tired.
