Hi Tom,

Boy, you weren't kidding! I looked back at USI's chart and then at SES, and the thing took off almost immediately after the consolidation. Of course, they also secured some pretty big contracts, but certainly the consolidation didn't harm them. If INAT can continue to grow, get listed on a senior exchange and attract serious investors, then a consolidation could work to their benefit.

Yes, I've noticed Smar Tire. The contracts they landed made it happen.
Paul hasn't stumbled(I suppose it depends on how you look at it, share price not withstanding) on us yet & as he has already stated he won't consolidate unless he has the results to back it up.

Tom, Tecsyn is another successful example.

I bought at $4.75 just after the 3-1 consolidation in early February as nervous investors dropped out - it closed today at $6.40 for a nice 35% gain - not too shabby for a low P/E, value stock.
