Gary, Of course you are right. As someone who has sent in a few hundred bucks of "sweat equity" I guess I feel that I've bought my "griping rights". The penny stock world is full of swindlers. You usually envision them as underworld characters- at least that is what the WS Journal does articles on. These people who have bludgeoned our public company are white collar criminals, using the law as a shield for their "Plan" for our property, our shares in this public company. You are certainly right that we need to contribute to the fund Tom Childs has set up for us. It's just a shame, that something so obvious a criminal enterprise as this has to painted into an easy to read pictogram for the court! Most of us would think that if the co failed due to running out of time and money in an effort to come up with a saleable product- well we would take our lumps, that's the market, that's business. Folks, that's just not what happened here. This is a grab of our personal property- of this soon to be successful IMS technology! Its demise was forced onto it- onto us!- using the law as a shield. This is crass criminality and deserves attention by the authorities. I trust that if there is any fairness to the system at all, that we will receive a fair hearing before the curtain falls. I've heard the court has its greatest concern for the employees. That is good policy. Their interests will be best served by honest and abiding support such as has been shown by our group for over a decade. We need to stiften up here and give Tom Childs our support- in every way possible. DD

Gary, Don, Thom and thread... When I mentioned "conspiracy" a few weeks ago, Tom told us there was NO conspiracy...or, at least that an allegation of conspiracy was not what we were after. I'm no lawyer. But, it seems to me that if you decide to engage an enemy in a battle "for what's right", you must use ALL the weapons in your arsenal and give no quarter until that enemy is vanquished. I would respectfully request comments from all and an update from Tom regarding what, if anything, is happening in court. Regards, jimpit
