Hi Jay,

I called CYPB this PM. I asked to speak with Dr. Blank. The receptionist put me on hold and came back and asked what company I am with. I told her I am doing a technology analysis of the Prosorba column for some investors at Silicon Investors. She paused and said that Dr. Blank was just entering a meeting.

Sounds to me like I got blown-off.

She forwarded me to her voice mail and I left her a message. Lets see what happens.

I called them again. I think they are going to get sick of me soon!

A person from investor relations, Manda Hall, told me that they will probably submit the NDA to the FDA by mid-to-late August. Is that in line with "our" expectations? I had not heard of a tentative date yet.
