I understand your point and it is a good one.

For GRAD however, there are 1,097,000 shares issued total with about half in the public float.

If you go to (geraldsnet.com) web site, you can read the info on GRAD and it will explain share count as well as company info.

Here is the link to the latest news, in this release is two links, one for geraldsnet and one for IR. I E-mailed both of them the other day
with questions and they never answered me.
